Recommended Reading
Below is a list of books that I highly recommend that the reader take the time to investigate and Read. They have made a significant impact on my life and have taught me things that I had never realized the importance of before. They have been an aide in increasing my Human Life Value, as they have done for countless others who have picked them up and given them a read.
Faith

The Book of Mormon Translated By: Joseph Smith, Jr.
The Book of Mormon contains the core key tenants of faith and principle that lead an individual to continually seek for truth. It talks about early americans as they struggled to share their faith and liberty with each other. It very clearly shows the contrast between Pride and Humility, Production and Consumption, Love and War. It is the core of my faith in the Savior Jesus Christ. I highly endorse this book for all sincere seekers of truth.

The Five Love Languages By: Gary D. Chapman.
Through reading this book I learned how to communicate better with my Wife and Children. I found that through learning how to look for and respond within the Love Language that they respond the best to, I have been able to create more meaningful and lasting relationships with them.

An excellent look at educational philosophy. This book talks about the fallacies behind our current educational system. And discusses how to inspire individuals to take responsibility for their education. It is a great read for individuals who want to increase their own education or want to help their children to get better equipped and more excited for education. -
Leadership and Self-Deception By: The Arbinger Institute
This book helps to show you the processes by which we deceive ourselves on a daily basis. And the negative effects that occur as a result. It then shares techniques to avoid self-deception, and through such, ways to increase your leadership abilities. -
Positive Imaging By: Norman Vincent Peale
This book discusses the process and results of spending your time and energy on the positive outcomes rather than focusing on the possible negative influences in your life. It offers a base of understanding that I would recommend for any and all individuals that are seeking to start making changes in their lives. -
As a Man Thinketh By: James Allen
This short book discusses the principle that thoughts become things. Those things that you persist in thinking about become a part of the individual. If someone wants to succeed and spends their time thinking only of failure, the success will never be found. -
Seven Habits of Highly Effective People By: Stephen R. Covey
Mr. Covey explains and helps you implement principles of habitual effectiveness. He shows how the lack of applying these principles causes many of us to fail on a regular basis, and almost get used to the concept of failing regularly. He want’s to see us succeed through the application of these principles. And thereby Create greater value in the world for others.

Frederic Bastiat was a French Economic Philosopher that was able to very clearly describe and share principles of Liberty and Economics that the world has for some reason forgotten how to recognize. It has changed the way that I view government and economics in my ability to recognize “Legal Plunder” and break through fallacies that are fed to the people from the government daily. This book has become one of my core classics. It has helped me to easily see the problems that are prepared and perpetuated in our government to keep the people complacent and entice them to take on chains that they would never have dared wear before. We see moral degradation around us on every side. Destruction of our forms of government and protections of Liberty. This book outlined and predicted these many years before they were thought possible by most Americans. Yet we can see the results of not heeding the council that Skousen provides herein. - The Majesty of God’s Law By: W. Cleon Skousen
This book could be used as a set of basic blueprints to restore the United States governmental forms and preserve liberty. I was astonished at the depth of research and the amount of content that Cleon put into this book. It is truly a mentor to me in my search for truth. - The Making of America By: W. Cleon Skousen
This book contains the basic principles that the founders used in setting up the United States. It teaches these principles in a very easy to understand way. It is important for each of us to know and understand the basics of good governmental forms in order to detect and defend against tyranny in all it’s forms. - The 5000 Year Leap By: W. Cleon Skousen
In this fine book, Cleon Skousen talks about the great changes that took place in america that allowed the very rapid advance of science and invention that we see in the world around us today. He talks about the 25 principles of good government that allowed that to take place. A great read. -
Not Yours to Give By: Colonel David Crockett
This is a brief story about the legendary Davy Crockett where he shares his experience learning the proper roll of government when it comes to fiscal policy and socialistic do gooders. -
Atlas Shrugged By: Ayn Rand
In this Novel Ayn depicts the social depravity that happens in a society that trades it’s freedoms for the “security” of the socialistic state. Pitting the Producers vs. the Consumers/Looters this book shows and exposes many of the ideals that the socialist organizations trumpet as being virtues for what they really are, deception that leads to slavery.

This talk by Brigham Young does a great job of illustrating the role of man in producing value for his fellow men. Not in the form of self-destruction, But seeing ways that you can take the resources that you now have and truly bless the lives of others while together they help to bless your life and increase your ability to create value for others. -
The Richest Man Who Ever Lived By: Steven K. Scott
This is a fabulous book that discusses the wisdom of Solomon from the book of proverbs, and applies it to helping you increase your ability to be prosperous, Communicate Effectively, and improve your relationships. It is a must read for those who are serious about making changes in their lifeor increasing their current productive ability. It also helped me to understand the value of vision mapping, to chart the progress of my dreams and goals.

I, Pencil By: Leonard E. Read
This little book gives a great insight into exactly what goes in to creating a average ordinary pencil. It is amazing to see a glimpse at the macro economic picture that makes up the creation of a pencil and then contrasts that with the fallacy that any man or group of people could even think of effectively masterplanning anything in an economy. -
Economics In One Lesson By: Henry Hazlitt
Henry Hazlitt dispells many common economic myths. A great book to help the reader get a better understanding of the cause and effect in economics, especially focusing on the unintended consequences that happen as a result of perpetuating so many of the economic fallacies that exist in the world today.
